Mobile App Support FAQs:

  • How do I reset my password?

    On the login screen in the mobile app you can request a password reset by choosing “Forgot Your Password?”. By choosing “Forgot Your Password”, an auto-generated email will be sent to you, where you can create a new password. That email will also contain your current username.
